MB PP ANTI STATIC

Product Description

MB PP ANTI STATIC is a compound of anti static agent and lubricant. MB PP ANTI STATIC is excellent permanent and semi-permanent anti static agent and they may be employed either in acidic or salt form and function in these systems by faster migrating to the surface of film. This gives electrically conductive layer capable of dissipating the electrostatic charge which builds up during processing on the finished article.

·         PP Blown Film

·         PP Extrusion

·         PP Injection

Addition levels

·         Film < 50 Micron : 0.3 - 0.5 %

·         Film > 50 Micron : 0.5 - 0.8 %

·         Injection moulding : 1 - 2%

Packaging, Storage and handling

MB PP ANTI STATIC  is available in 25 kg double layer bags.

Store in a cool and dry place with good ventilation. General handling precautions apply.
